Heat advisories may be needed Sunday when heat index values are expected to reach or exceed 95 degrees in some lower elevation areas. Afternoon and evening thunderstorms are possible each day through Wednesday except Tuesday. Some storms Saturday and Sunday could produce gusty winds and isolated wind damage is possible. In addition, storms will be capable of producing heavy downpours, which may results in ponding of water in low lying and urban areas.
