Afternoon and evening thunderstorms are possible each day through Wednesday except Tuesday. Some storms Saturday and Sunday could produce gusty winds and isolated wind damage is possible. In addition, storms will be capable of producing heavy downpours, which may result in ponding of water in low lying and urban areas. Heat advisories may be needed Sunday when heat index values are expected to reach or exceed 95 degrees in some lower elevation areas. There are chances for thunderstorms each day through Wednesday, expect Tuesday, mainly during the afternoon and evening. Some storms could contain gusty winds and produce instances of wind damage, especially on Sunday. In addition, storms will be capable of producing heavy downpours which may result in ponding of water in urban or low lying areas.
