...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ULSTER AND
SOUTHWESTERN GREENE COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM EDT...

At 922 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Andes, or 10 miles southeast of Delhi, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Woodland Valley Campground, Phoenicia, Shandaken, Jewett, Lexington,
Mapledale, Mosquito Point, North Lexington, Big Indian, Oliverea,
Chichester, Woodland, Allaben, Branch, West Jewett, Belle Ayr,
Seager, Pine Hill, Hardenburg, and Bushnellsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
