...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN BERKSHIRE COUNTY
THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 322 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Copake, or near Great Barrington, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Great Barrington, Lee, Sheffield, Housatonic, Stockbridge, New
Marlborough, Monterey, Alford, Tyringham, Hartsville, Newsboy Statue,
Glendale, Williamsville, Lenox Dale, North Egremont, Interlaken,
Risingdale, Lenox Station, Leisure Lee, and Egremont Plain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
