...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...
Minnesota...

  Cedar River at Charles City affecting Floyd County.

  Cedar River at Austin affecting Mower County.

  Cedar River near Lansing affecting Mower County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional river and weather information is available at
www.weather.gov/lacrosse.

The next update to the forecast will occur by late tonight at
midnight CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TUESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Charles City.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 22.5 feet, East of 700 Riverside Drive is under
  water. The public parking lot south of City Hall begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 22.5 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    22.8 feet on 07/21/1999.

* WHEN...Until late Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Serious flooding is likely.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 PM CDT Saturday was 20.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.0
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage late tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    21.3 feet on 08/15/1993.

* IMPACTS...At 21.2 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the County
  Road 2 Bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Saturday was 19.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.0
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    20.3 feet on 09/22/2016.
