...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL SULLIVAN COUNTY THROUGH
NOON EDT...

At 1130 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Grahamsville to
Hortonville. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fallsburg, Liberty, Bethel, Neversink, South Fallsburg, Callicoon,
Cochecton, Fremont, Woodridge, and Jeffersonville.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Interstate 86/Route 17 between 97 and 103.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for
central New York...and northeastern Pennsylvania.
