.DISCUSSION...
A light and variable wind at daybreak today, under 10 mph and from the
north to northeast, following the terrain, will increase to around 10 mph
primarily from the northeast by burn start time, and hold at that speed
and direction through early afternoon. By late afternoon it will be from
the east. No rain today under a mostly sunny sky with scattered clouds
at about 9,000 feet and above. Relative humidity of around 65 percent
at burn start time, down to around 50 percent at noon, and 40 percent
by 300 PM.
