* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 degrees will result in frost
  formation, especially in low lying areas.

* WHERE...Much of western and parts of south central North Dakota.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT /midnight MDT/ to 9 AM CDT /8 AM MDT/ Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
