Northwest parts of the region will only see daytime highs in the 50s, with overnight lows possibly falling into the mid 30s. This could result in the formation of some frost in low-lying areas across eastern Montana and the western Dakotas. A modest warm up is expected through the rest of the week, with highs mostly in the 70s and lower 80s. Another round of widespread showers and thunderstorms could impact the region late Thursday through Saturday. $$
