Winds should remain out of the west to northwest throughout today, until thunderstorms move near the fire. Wind speeds should be 12-15 mph with gusts to 20 mph. RH will be elevated today, remaining above 30%. Expect a few showers and thunderstorms after 1400 with light rain and gusty winds, and then perhaps a stronger round after 1900. Winds could gust out of the west-northwest to 40 mph with the strongest thunderstorms in the evening. The chance of a wetting rain is 20 percent.
