...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ELBERT AND EASTERN
ARAPAHOE COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM MDT...

At 834 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles south of Leader to 5 miles north of
Ramah, or along a line extending from 35 miles south of Fort Morgan
to 25 miles west of Limon. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Simla, Deer Trail, Agate, Cottonwood Valley, and Matheson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for sudden gusty winds. Secure loose objects and move to a
safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
