.SYNOPSIS...

Onshore flow will begin to increase by Monday afternoon due to
low pressure developing in the Plains. That strengthening trend
with the onshore flow will continue throughout the week. Seas will
gradually respond and build to 4 to 6 feet by midweek. As a
result, small craft should exercise caution conditions are
expected by midweek due to an increase in both winds and seas.
Generally dry and hazy conditions will persist throughout the
week.
