At 1109 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Willamar, or 11 miles northwest of Arroyo City, moving west at 50 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This dangerous storm will be near... Raymondville, Lyford, San Perlita, Reber Memorial Library, San Perlita High School, Raymondville Golf Course, Lyford High School, Lyford Elementary School, Lyford City Hall, and Raymondville Fire Station around 1115 PM CDT.
