For the following areas...
  The Saint Lawrence River from Cape Vincent to Chippewa Bay...

At 1123 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 18 nm east of Wellesley Island to near Clayton, moving
southeast at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Alexandria Bay, Wellesley Island, and Clayton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
