At 123 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms 7 miles northeast of Carolina Sandhills Wildlife Refuge, or 14 miles southwest of Cheraw, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
