The National Weather Service in Columbia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Orangeburg County in central South Carolina...

* Until 445 PM EDT.

* At 401 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Holly Hill,
  or 10 miles north of Saint George, and is nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Holly Hill, Santee, Eutawville, Vance, Eautaw Springs, Indian Bluff
  Recreation Park, Rocks Pond Campground and Marina, and Mill Creek
  Marina and Campground.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 26 between mile markers 162 and 169.
 Interstate 95 between mile markers 85 and 96.

building.
