...SHARP WIND SHIFT MOVING ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS...

At 725 PM EDT, wind shifts were located along a line extending from
near Buoy K C to 11 nm southeast of Sayler Barge to 13 nm south of R2
Tower, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Winds up to 30 knots.

  IMPACT...Expect briefly stronger winds and suddenly higher waves.
