At 407 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Los Angeles, or 17 miles east of Cotulla, moving northwest at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cotulla, Millett, Los Angeles, Gardendale, Woodward, and Fowlerton.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 66 and 82.
