Philipsburg, Chester Hill, North Philipsburg, South Philipsburg, Julian, Black Moshannon State Park, Morrisdale, West Decatur, Grassflat, Kylertown, and Unionville. Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms.
