This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Kansas,
south central Kansas, southwest Kansas, and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Moderate NWS HeatRisk can be expected across all of southwest and
south central Kansas Thursday and Friday. Isolated areas of Major
NWS HeatRisk possible near and east of highway 281.

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms possible Thursday night
(15 to 20%). We also will be monitoring the potential for strong
to severe thunderstorms late Friday. Should storms develop either
day the main hazard will be large hail and strong gusty winds.
