Large hail is the primary threat. Damaging winds and an isolated tornado are possible, primarily over northwest Wisconsin. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Strong to severe storms remain possible Monday and Tuesday. Large hail and damaging winds will be the primary threats. Heavy rain is expected Monday through Wednesday morning, and flash flooding is possible, especially across much of north- central and northeast Minnesota. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
