...LOCALLY DENSE FOG AFFECTING AREAS NEAR ALONG THE NORTH SHORE
AND PARTS OF THE IRON RANGE...

Areas of locally dense fog will linger along elevated terrain
areas around the Twin Ports, North Shore, and parts of the Iron
Range through the next hour or two. Areas around the Twin Ports
include Proctor, Hermantown, Piedmont, Duluth Heights, and
Woodland. Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4 mile will be possible at
times through mid-morning, lowest in the Twin Ports vicinity, but
visibility should gradually improve by late morning. Reduce your
speed and use low-beam headlights when encountering foggy areas.
