...LOCALLY DENSE FOG AFFECTING AREAS NEAR THE TWIN PORTS AND NORTH
SHORE...

Areas of locally dense fog will affect mainly elevated terrain areas
around the Twin Ports and North Shore this morning. Areas around
the Twin Ports include Proctor, Hermantown, Piedmont, Duluth
Heights, and Woodland. Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4 mile will be
possible at times through mid-morning with gradually improving
conditions expected. If traveling early this morning, reduce your
speed and use low-beam headlights when encountering foggy areas.
