  Humboldt Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding.

River forecasts include observed precipitation plus forecast
precipitation over the next 24 hours.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...The East Fork Des Moines River near Algona, or from
  Buffalo Creek near Burt to Lotts Creek near Livermore.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water threatens US 169 near Saint Joseph
  and may affect it south of Algona.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 14.4 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
