The Flood Warning will expire at noon CDT today for portions of
north central and northwest Iowa, including the following counties,
in north central Iowa, Humboldt, Kossuth and Winnebago. In northwest
Iowa, Pocahontas.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
