...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River at Cedar Falls affecting Black Hawk County.

  Shell Rock River at Shell Rock affecting Bremer, Butler and Black
  Hawk Counties.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River at Waterloo affecting Black Hawk County.

  Cedar River at Janesville affecting Bremer, Butler and Black Hawk
  Counties.

  Winnebago River at Mason City affecting Cerro Gordo, Floyd and
  Worth Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

For the latest river and stream observations and forecasts refer to
weather.gov/desmoines/water.

River forecasts include observed precipitation plus forecast
precipitation over the next 24 hours.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Winnebago River at Mason City, or from Beaver Creek
  near Fertile to the Shell Rock River near Rockford.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Widespread flooding occurs at city parks.
  Water reaches the underside of the 12th St NE bridge at the piers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling and remain
    below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO EARLY FRIDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Cedar River at Cedar Falls, or from the West Fork
  Cedar River to the Cedar Falls-Waterloo city limits.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 88.5 feet, Water affects the bike path at George Wyth
  Park.
  At 89.0 feet, County Rd C57 is closed between N Union Rd and
  Waverly Rd.
  At 93.3 feet, Water affects Cottage Row Rd south of Center St as
  well as Big Woods Rd at Lark Lane.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 87.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 93.3 feet Tuesday evening. It will
    then fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 89.0 feet.

MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Cedar River at Waterloo, or from the Waterloo-Cedar
  Falls city limits to Spring Creek near La Porte City.

* WHEN...From Monday evening to late Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Storm sewers are closed behind the Cattle
  Congress.
  At 16.0 feet, The Riverview Recreation Area is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow evening to a crest of 15.3 feet Tuesday
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Cedar River at Janesville, or from Quarter Section Run
  to the West Fork Cedar River.

* WHEN...From late Monday night to early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Lowland flooding of the city park occurs.
  At 13.0 feet, Water affects W 3rd St and may result in evacuation
  of a trailer court in Janesville. Water also affects much of the
  Janesville city park as well as nearby gravel roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 7.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Tuesday morning to a crest of 14.0 feet early Tuesday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...The Shell Rock River at Shell Rock, or from Flood Creek
  near Clarksville to the Cedar River.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Seepage occurs in several basements close
  to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
