* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Iowa, including
  the following counties, in north central Iowa, Humboldt, Kossuth
  and Winnebago. In northwest Iowa, Pocahontas.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 603 AM CDT, Heavy rain has ended across the area, but
    flooding is ongoing and waters will be slow to recede this
    morning.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Algona, Lake Mills, Laurens, Union Slogh, Buffalo Center,
    West Bend, Bancroft, Rolfe, Burt, Whittemore, Thompson,
    Titonka, Wesley, Livermore, Corwith, Bode, Fenton, Lu Verne,
    Lakota and Rake.
