Skies will be mostly sunny for most of the day with modest northerly breezes around 10 to 15 mph. Tonight and beyond: Thursday will again be quiet and comfortable with afternoon highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible and there is some potential for severe weather on Friday. The weekend, however, is forecast to be dry and pleasant providing a welcome opportunity for many summer activities.
