  US/Canadian border...
  Port Austin to Harbor Beach MI...

At 1111 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Port Austin to 15 nm east of
Sebewaing to 24 nm southeast of Quanicassee, moving northeast at 40
knots.

  White Rock around 1140 PM EDT.
  Richmondville around 1145 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by strong thunderstorms include White Rock
and Richmondville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
