Detroit River...
Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI...

At 925 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Monroe Harbor,
moving northeast at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Stony Point, Woodland Beach, and Estral Beach around 930 PM EDT.
  Lake Erie Metropark Harbor, Detroit River Light, and Gibraltar
  around 935 PM EDT.
  Elizabeth Park Marina and Grosse Ile around 945 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by the strong thunderstorm include Woodland
Beach, Stony Point, Gibraltar, Estral Beach, and Detroit Beach.
