...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Illinois, including the following
  counties, Jo Daviess and Stephenson and Iowa, including the
  following counties, Benton, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson,
  Jones and Linn.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Thunderstorms will develop in the tropical atmosphere this
    afternoon and slowly move across the area. The possibility
    exists that storms may repeat over the same areas producing
    excessive rainfall through this evening. Rainfall rates may
    approach 2 inches per hour.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
