...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON TO LATE THURSDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Vinton.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon to late Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural and low
  land flooding is ongoing. Water affects much of 22nd Avenue Road
  northwest of Vinton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 7.6 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Tuesday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
