The storm prediction center is forecasting a marginal risk, level 1 out of 5 for both Tuesday and Wednesday, northwest of Cedar Rapids to Dubuque Iowa. Thursday, the storm prediction center is forecasting a slight risk, level 2 out of 5 for much of the entire outlook area. Early indications also suggest that heat index readings may exceed 95 degrees at times late this week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. $$
