Offshore flow on Monday will promote especially hot and dry conditions with highs in the 90s and minimum RH around 20 percent. Winds will be gentle and terrain influenced. Winds will generally be from the east up to 5 mph in exposed locations. High pressure offshore will enhance mixing and instability with elevated mixing heights. Strong thermal belts overnight will generate poor RH recoveries Monday into Tuesday at mid and upper slope locations. Similar warm and dry conditions will continue Tuesday though wind gradually increasing and shifting southwest through the day will slightly help cool and moisten conditions. Much stronger marine influence will arrive Wednesday through late week with highs dropping back into the low 70s and minimum RH struggling to get much below 50 percent. .MONDAY...
