A nearly stalled front today will focus isolated to scattered showers and storms over the Hill Country and Central Texas today and this evening. Rain chances shift south by daytime Wednesday and end from north to south by late afternoon as the cold front advances again. Dry and cooler conditions move in for the later part of the week with afternoon relative humidity values dropping into the 25 to 40 percent range. The relatively milder temperatures last into Thursday night with warmer weather returning Friday into the weekend. Relatively dry conditions will continue into next week as wind directions remain out of the north for most of the medium range periods.
