Winds will become light east-northeast Thursday night. On Friday, east-northeast winds of 5 to 7 mph are forecast with afternoon gusts near 14 mph. Minimum relative humidity values will be near 40 percent Thursday afternoon and in the upper 30s on Friday afternoon.
