.DISCUSSION...East-northeast winds of 6 to 10 mph are expected on
Thursday with afternoon gusts near 16 mph. Winds will become light
east-northeast Thursday night. On Friday, east-northeast winds of 5
to 7 mph are forecast with afternoon gusts near 14 mph. Minimum
relative humidity values will be near 40 percent Thursday afternoon
and in the upper 30s on Friday afternoon.

Patchy, light fog is possible around daybreak Friday near ponds
(visibility 5 miles or greater). Any fog should develop after 4 AM
and burn off by 8 AM. Otherwise, no fog is expected.

Min humidity........38 percent.
Dewpoint............66 decreasing to 62 late in the afternoon.
