River of the North...

A High Water Notice is issued when river levels are high but are
 expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at East Grand Forks
* At 08 AM Friday May 31 the stage was 26.66 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...28.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Buffalo River at Dilworth
* At 08 AM Friday May 31 the stage was 12.46 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...13.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Wahpeton
* At 08 AM Friday May 31 the stage was 9.35 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...11.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Oslo
* At 08 AM Friday May 31 the stage was 25.17 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...26.0 feet.
