  James River above Yankton affecting Yankton County.

  Wolf Creek near Freeman affecting Hutchinson County.

  James River near Scotland affecting Hutchinson, Yankton and Bon
  Homme Counties.

  Firesteel Creek near Mount Vernon affecting Davison County.

  Vermillion River near Vermillion affecting Clay County.

  Vermillion River near Chancellor affecting Turner County.

  East Fork Vermillion River below Montrose affecting McCook County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Major agricultural flooding begins, and a
  few county and township roads will begin to flood, including
  Thunder Valley Ave near the gage site.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 11.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Monday was 11.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.2
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning.
