...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM CDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Eastland and northern Comanche counties.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This
    will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying
    and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in
    the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    De Leon, Gorman, Rising Star, Proctor Lake, Comyn, Kokomo,
    Sipe Springs, Duster, Beattie, Rucker, Okra, Sidney, Downing,
    Van Dyke, Desdemona and Pioneer.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is
harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
