* WHAT...Northwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  will continue through tonight, but will not pose a High Wind
  threat. For the Lake Wind Advisory, expect northwest winds of 20
  to 30 mph with a few stronger gusts.

* WHERE...Petroleum County.

* WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 6 PM
  MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
  hazardous conditions for small craft.
