In south central Nebraska, Clay, Fillmore and Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 1130 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 529 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring across portions of Highway 6 and there is minor street flooding in the town of Sutton. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
