...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Kansas, including the following
  counties, Jewell and Mitchell.

* WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 630 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
    Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the past 2
    hours.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Cawker City, Hunter and Victor.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
