This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Late this evening and through the overnight hours, a line of
thunderstorms will move into the area from the west. These storms
are expected to weaken as they move across the area overnight, but
some 50 to 60 MPH wind gusts and small hail will remain possible
into our area, mainly within counties along and west of Highway
183.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

A few thunderstorms may linger past sunrise on Wednesday in
eastern parts of the outlook area. A few additional thunderstorms
may then redevelop east of Highway 281 during the late afternoon
and evening hours. If these storms develop, a few could be strong
to marginally severe.

After a dry day Thursday, thunderstorm chances return Friday
afternoon, with increasing coverage Friday night through Saturday.
Low chances for thunderstorms linger across the area on Sunday
and Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report any possible instances of wind
gusts over 50 MPH and/or hail that might occur overnight.
