Mainly after 3 AM, at least spotty thunderstorm activity could develop into parts of the area, most favoring counties west of Highway 281. Any such activity is not expected to be severe. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Monday into Monday night: Monday will be another hot day, with afternoon and early evening heat index values topping out in the upper 90s to around 100 degrees in most places. In addition, Monday afternoon into Monday night will also be unusually windy for this time of year, with southerly speeds sustained 25 to 35 MPH and gusting up to around 45 MPH. A few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Monday evening for areas along and northwest of the Tri Cities. Damaging wind gusts and large hail are the main concerns with these storms. Turning to Tuesday through Saturday: Although day-to-day details are plenty uncertain, each and every day and night period currently carries at least small chances for thunderstorms for at least portions of the area...some of which could occasionally be severe. The overall-highest chances for the most widespread storm activity within the area as a whole favors the Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday night time frame. Heavy rainfall and localized flooding may occur during this time, as well. && More information may be obtained at the following web page: https://www.weather.gov/hastings $$ Pfannkuch
