...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN BUFFALO...SHERMAN...
WESTERN HOWARD AND NORTHWESTERN HALL COUNTIES THROUGH 930 PM CDT...

At 845 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Litchfield to near Hazard to near Amherst.
Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Ravenna, Pleasanton, and Amherst around 850 PM CDT.
  Poole around 855 PM CDT.
  Rockville around 900 PM CDT.
  Ashton and Howard City around 905 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Boelus, Cairo and
Farwell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
south central and central Nebraska.
