...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN VALLEY AND SHERMAN
COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM CDT...

At 753 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles southwest of North Loup to near Sherman
Reservoir Dam to near Hazard. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Ashton and Hazard around 800 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
central Nebraska.
