...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT DAWSON COUNTY THROUGH 1030 PM
CDT...

At 955 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles south of Oconto to 7 miles east of
Cozad to near Eustis. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Lexington around 1000 PM CDT.
  Eddyville around 1005 PM CDT.
  Sumner around 1015 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 221 and 244.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
south central Nebraska.
