...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN NANCE...NORTHEASTERN
MERRICK AND NORTHERN POLK COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 PM CDT...

At 1051 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Silver Creek to near Columbus to near
Bellwood. Movement was east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Nance, northeastern Merrick and northern Polk Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
central and east central Nebraska.
