...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL UINTAH COUNTY
THROUGH 345 PM MDT...

At 314 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Fort Duchesne, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Roosevelt, Fort Duchesne, Ballard, and Randlett.

This includes U.S. Highway 40 in Utah between mile markers 116 and
139.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
northeastern Utah.
