At 1232 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Meeker, or 42 miles southwest of Craig, moving east at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of central Rio Blanco County. This includes Colorado 13 between mile markers 31 and 37. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
